Hi, I’m Mischa, a Licensed Massage Therapist devoted to blending therapeutic precision with intuitive, holistic care.

A graduate of Omaha School of Massage Therapy, I have been practicing professionally since October 2025. My specialty lies in creating sessions that offer deep relaxation with therapeutic depth — thoughtfully designed to support stress relief, anxiety reduction, and nervous system regulation.

Each session is highly individualized and evolves moment-to-moment, guided by careful listening and presence. I draw from modalities such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, breath awareness, and subtle energy-based techniques to help clients feel grounded, supported, and fully restored.

I am also a Reiki Master with a deep appreciation for the connection between mind, body, and spirit. This makes my work especially nurturing for emotionally sensitive and spiritually curious clients seeking a space of safety and integration.

Aromatherapy is woven intentionally into my practice. I thoughtfully incorporate Gloss’ customized essential oil blends to enhance mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being — elevating each session into a multi-sensory experience.

Beyond the treatment room, I am an experienced yoga instructor and find inspiration outdoors through rock climbing, hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking. My love of music and art further informs my creative, present-centered approach to bodywork, allowing every session to feel intentional, restorative, and uniquely tailored.
